Important Information
Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- Check-in is after the designated time (please refer to your booking confirmation for the specific time); enter the provided code to unlock the door.
- Before sharing check-in information, you are required to fill out and sign the rental agreement once your booking is confirmed.
Property Access
- All buildings at the resort feature elevators for accessibility.
- The unit and common areas offer wheelchair accessible features, including step-free entrances and wide doorways (see Accessibility section).
- Public parking and a trolley stop are available at the bottom of the hill for a nominal fee of $0.50 per ride.
Policies and Rules
- Guest making reservation must be 23 or older.
- $250 security deposit will be temporarily held on your credit card for any damages that might occur after your stay.
- Absolutely no house parties. Family groups only. Groups misrepresenting themselves will be required to vacate the premises immediately without refund.
- Deposits may be refunded, rental refused, or occupancy discontinued if the tenant is deemed detrimental to the property.
- Grilling is prohibited on decks, balconies, and directly adjacent to buildings. Outdoor grills are available in designated areas.
- No fireworks of any kind are allowed.
- No pets allowed (it is a resort policy).
- No smoking inside the condo. Smoking is not permitted in any residence. A $150 fee may be charged for ionization if smoking is detected in the property.
- Trailer and car hauler parking is not permitted. Alternative arrangements can be coordinated through property management.
- The company reserves the right to cancel the booking for any reason. In such instances, all monies paid to the owner will be refunded. The company is not liable for any other costs incurred by the client. The company is not liable for loss or delay due to fire, flood, terrorist activity, political unrest, strikes, riots, war, technical and/or weather problems with transport, adverse weather conditions, or other events beyond their control.
- Clients using the swimming pool or other facilities do so at their own risk. Injury, damage, or loss to the client’s property is their own responsibility.
- Tenant assumes all risk of damage to any personal property of both landlord and tenant, including household furniture and goods during use and occupancy.
- Tenant assumes all risks associated and agrees to hold landlord harmless and indemnify landlord.
- The premises are for residential purposes only. No animals and for no other purpose whatsoever.
- Tenant agrees to observe and comply with all restrictions, laws, and ordinances affecting the premises or occupancy thereof.
- Tenant agrees that no use shall be made of the premises, nor acts done which will increase the existing rate of insurance or cause cancellation of any policy covering the premises.
Cancellation/Deposit Refund Policy
- If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days in advance of your arrival date, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to your arrival date, you will forfeit the entire (100%) rental fee.
- All cancellations must be made by phone at 855-44-SWEET. Cancellations cannot be made online.

- Outdoor pool features a mushroom water feature and is heated typically in April and May, depending on the outside temperature.
- Indoor pool is heated year-round.
- Resort includes several gathering and picnic areas, outdoor grills, a walking trail, tetherball, volleyball court, horseshoes, two playgrounds, basketball court, shuffleboard, and a five-acre green space.

- Clients using the swimming pool or other property facilities do so at their own risk. Injury, damage, or loss to the client’s property is their own responsibility.
